Terms of Service

Olivtwig provides embeddable widgets for Notion. Most are free; some are paid (Olivtwig Pro). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Olivtwig Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Paying grants Pro to the account you are signed in with, and covers Pro widgets added later at no further cost, for as long as Olivtwig operates the service.

The early-bird price of $12 applies to the first 100 buyers. After that the price may rise; what an earlier purchase covers does not change.

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. Card details are never sent to, or stored by, Olivtwig.

Free widgets stay free whether or not you buy Pro.

Within 14 days of purchase you may have a full refund, no reason required. Email support@olivtwig.co naming the account you bought with.

Once a refund is processed, Pro is removed from that account and no new Pro widgets can be created.

A widget's contents are stored on our servers under the identifier carried in its embed URL. A free widget's stored contents may be deleted after 30 days with no views and no edits. Pro widgets are excluded from that cleanup.

If a widget is withdrawn from the gallery, embeds you have already placed keep working, and their stored contents are excluded from that cleanup too.

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that place excessive load on it (e.g. automated bulk requests).

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation. We do not guarantee permanent retention of stored widget data.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
